If you like fresh air, clean beaches and peaceful bushland then you will love this place. Situated between Yamba and the famous Angourie surfing beach on NSW’s beautiful Northern Coast, this is a place that families, couples or singles can relax with their dog. You can fall asleep to the soft sound of crickets and wake up to birdsong. This is a suite of two rooms - a large bedroom with spacious ensuite bathroom and private balcony looking into the forest which fringes Lake Wooloweyah. The main room has a King Sized bed which can be made up as a Twin Room with two Large Single beds. The adjoining bedroom is a bunk room with two bunks and a trundle bed so a third child or person can also be accommodated. This suite is accessed by STAIRS and has no lift.
There is a green sports field across the road at the Community Hall. Although this is a popular dog-walking spot, it is rarely crowded. Often you can have the the whole field to yourself and your dog/s so they can run, play and chase balls. We have dog-friendly beaches locally and our closest beach is dog friendly. We are also close walking distance to the Lake’s boat ramp with picnic area. There are so many places to explore. Yamba region is fringed by stunning beaches and the relaxed town centre has many restaurants and coffee shops to enjoy. Most cafe’s are dog-friendly with outdoor dining. You can also take dogs on the Ferry service which runs across to Iluka and also conducts Clarence River tours.
We provide a continental breakfast with a tea and coffee making area and a bar fridge to store your snacks and drinks. Fruit is available in season. Wi Fi is free, and there is on-site parking. Your hosts are live-in, on a separate floor, but available if you need anything. PLEASE NOTE : If two guests book, only requiring one room, we may close off the second room to avoid the extra cleaning costs. The two-room suite will accommodate a maximum of five in total.
